Goals and Objectives Phase

Client 'Vision' is very important to us. An interview is set at the start of each project to learn about your Vision and Goals. What do you see for the future of this project? What are your expectations of the project? How can we help accomplish your goals?

Site Analysis Phase

During the site analysis phase, we review prospective and strategic site locations as well as specifics of individual sites. Various tools are used in the site analysis phase such as on-site inspection of potentials/assets and constraints, area growth analysis, zoning, GIS tools, as well as the analysis of infrastructure and environmental capacities.

Concept Phase

N-Focus will assist you in developing your ideas into reality.  We begin with the “thinking sheet.”  In this process, ideas are brainstormed and site concepts explored through a charette like process. This process is truly a Team effort in which your input and involvement is invaluable to the "physical" Planning of the Project.

Strategic Planning and Budgeting Phase

Spatial relationships of the site and surrounding area are examined.  Through this closer examination of the potential capacity of the site, a development plan is formulated. Afterwards, the project budget and phasing are established.  N-Focus will coordinate the project from inception through project scheduling to coordination of architects, engineers, scientist and others.

Implementation Phase

This phase involves preparation and coordination of the development of construction drawings as well as providing coordination with the project team to manage the daily activities during the construction process. N Focus will work to ensure that the project executes from development of construction drawings, bidding, initial groundbreaking and construction. Furthermore, agency coordination and incidental design may be provided as the project progresses through construction. We understand that closing a project often involves many participants; therefore, upon completion of the project, N Focus can assist you so this is a seamless process from project completion to project operation.
